Hey All! I am new to the playstation backups and mods.
I was wondering if someone could show me some tutorial's for backups and the the solder-less chip if their is one..

i dont think there is a solderless mod-chip but u could try softmodding. There are a few disks like: gameshark, swap magic and others which boot up the back-up or impots, or u could try cogswap loader.elf, but youll need ARMAX with media player to install it onto ur PS2. I recommend u either get the swap magic or download or buy the hdloader or hdadvance. Hdloader or advance can either be bought or downloaded into a hard disk, like see-gate 500gb or maxtor 200gb.
