Remote Play Safe with Homebrew PSP?

Is remote play safe with homebrew PSP? I registered both my PSP and my PS3 and I want to play games like PixelJunk Eden on it. I can easily see how Sony could track me down but am I just being too paranoid?

I think Sony has better things to do than look at the individual firmware of every single person that has ever used Remote Play.

Also, if they did discover that you were using a CFW PSP, they wouldn't devote company resources to tracking you down.

Even if they did, you won't get into too much trouble. You'll maybe have to apologize to Sony and they'll take your PSP.

But that's a long shot. From what I can tell, Sony doesn't really care if people have CFW--it increases sales so why should they?
