Resident Evil 4 PAL/NTSC selector

I have RE4 with the PAL/NTSC selector and I'm trying to play it on my HDTV. I used to have a SDTV that booted up PAL games in black and white and then I was able to select 60 Hz. On my HDTV, it just says, "Mode not supported." I can sometimes get 60 Hz with trial and error, but does someone have a jpeg of the screen or list of the options so I can just do it blindly?

Press X...at the next screen press Down then X. Should make your game ntsc.
