Making A Runescape Server!

Hi I Wanna no how to make a runscape server (mopar sever)

I've Done A Few Bits So Far

I've extracted all the files to the jave folder bin..

When i click run this wat comes up
"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.07\bin>java server
Starting blakescape server on 0.0.0.0:43594"

And When I click Compile It says
"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_07\bin>javac *.java
Note: stream.java uses or overrides a depreciated API.
Note: Recompile with -Xlint:deprecation for details.
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0.07\bin>pause
Press any key to continue..."

What do i do??
