If you want to download mario brothers, go to dashroms.com and find SNES roms. If you already paid for pspblender then download it, if you haven't paid go to pspiso.com.

To play psp .iso games:
-Format your memory stick using your PSP. System Settings>Format Memory Stick.
-Connect your psp via USB.
-Find a folder call "ISO".
-Drag and drop your .iso files into the "ISO" folder.
-Disconnect USB mode and go to Game, Memory Card, and find your game.

To play Mario.
-Download SNES emulators from here
-Unzip it using Winrar or others.
-Connect your PSP via USB mode.
-Open "PSP" folder. Find a folder call "GAME150".
-Drag and drop the folders SNES9XTYL and SNES9XTYL% that you has just extracted to your memory card "GAME150" folder.
-Insert your SNES roms inside the "GAME150" folder but not inside the roms folder located in the SNES9XTYL folder.
-Disconnect USB mode and go to Game, Memory Stick, and run the Emulator.
-Find the roms game you want and press O.

Enjoy.

You can download emulators here. Make sure to read the "readme.txt". It helps alot.

If you want to play psx games you don't need to download any emu if you nave 1.50 kernel add-on. If you want to install 1.50 kernel add-on just google it. You can download psx games from pspiso.com. Unzip it and place the whole folder into your PSP>GAME folder inside your memory stick.

Let me guess, you put the roms file into the folder "roms" inside the SNES9XTYL folder?
