mp4 problem with video / audio, help

I just got a mp4 player, no name brand from china, on ebay. 8gb, plays avi's and mp3s. was 60 bucks....(i know u get what u pay for :) )
anywho , problem is - I can get it to play songs fine, and i can get it to play videos. i have some full length movies on there, but the problem is the audio is badly out of sync with the video when i play it back on the mp4 player, on the computer its fine, but when its on the player it screws up.

anyone know a solution?
