i can't load music or video to my "apple" ipod model:MA428; S/N: YM64Q60V8W; Versoion: 1.1.2; format: wondows. plzz help me how to load it anything i want!! tnx in advance.

open itunes go into your ipods tab and click restore it will download the restore file and reinstall everything

make sure you have the latest version of itunes before doing a restore as it can cause errors if you have an older version
