when I put an r4 in my ds it won't work it says there is no game card inserted can anyone help I know its not the r4 it works in other ds units

it will be a contact problem between the r4ds and your ds .

make sure there is no dirt or dust in your ds slot .

if not then the paper trick might work , as follows -

cut a piece of thin card the same width as your r4ds but about 1 inch longer than your r4ds .

now put the card on the side of the r4ds sticker and insert them both into your ds .

what this does is very slightly push the r4ds closer to the cotacts inside your ds .

I tried the piece of card in the slot with r4 sill does not work any other ideas
