Need help restoring 112l fw 8.06 (buffalo) to original???

I have had issues burning certain media with my Pioneer 112l and after thinking it was the media i tried a different drive which successfully burnt the same media so i wish to restore my drive to the standard firmware rather than keep this one.The problem is that i can only find help for updating from an official firmware but nothing on installing it over this un official one.How can i achieve this.
Id appreciate some input from someone more knowledgable than me!
