Go to a site that has flash games, or download a portal. Follow instructions to play.

Oh, you also need the flash player on the PSP enabled.

i take it there is no emulator out there that allows you to download them and put them on your mem stick?

try using google and search for game portals for psp

If you have OFW you can enable your flash player over the internet but if you have CFW you can go into recovery mode, registry hacks and enable flash player.
