lost CD swap magic

i just recently bought a Japanese PS2 game (Phantasy Star Collector's game) but its CD format, and i lost my PS2 CD swap magic but still have my DVD swap magic. I tried to create an image file from it and burn it to a DVD as a back-up but its was still a CD image file and it wouldn't load. if anyone knows how i could get this to work, either by an alternate method or if i can convert the CD image file to DVD image file please let me know. thanks.

You can load it with DVDLoaderv7all
-Load up swapmagic (dvd)
-load up burnt DVDloaderv7all image
-load high TOC CD based game (must be original)
-load backup CD base game
