Best freeware out there to remove trojans?
I have AVG8.0 missed it and avast, which also missed it.

Yeah, I would really like to know. I use it and it always STOPS anything from installing and I want to know how it works for removal. Since I never have anything for it to remove, I just don't know. LOL

Now you got me wrong,mpenney. It's late, I've been up a very long time and That just didn't come out sounding like I meant it.

I have used that program for about 2 years now and it has never allowed a Trojan in my machine. It always deletes them BEFORE they install their selves.

I just Know it will work for removing them. You did not post a HJT Log and I have No Idea what is on your machine.. This was my first choice for a Trojan program and it wouldn't hurt to try. If it didn't work we could pull out a program like ComboFix.
