I have CFW 3.71 M33-4 and whenever I try to launch either of these emus i get the splash screen, then a black screen for a few seconds, then my PSP just shuts off.

I have a GBA and SNES emu that work fine.

What am I missing??

sounds to me like you need to get a newer, 3.xx compatable version of both of these...
