Vista network problem

Hey,
I'm currently streaming media from my vista pc to my xbox. PC has a wireless network card and the xbox is connect to the router via an ethernet cable. I'm using samba and have my xbox pointed to my pc smb:ipaddress/movies and have set up an xbox account on my pc and everything was running smoothly untill i uninstalled my mcafee anti virus. Now after 30 mins of streaming a video I "lose" connection to my pc. Although my internet connection on my pc is still active and my xbox can still access the internet also. I can only get media streaming again if i rest the xbox or router or open up a ftp connection to my xbox. Any idea why I'm losing connection like this regularly? I've even do a vista restore to a day when everything was working fine and before i attempted the install
