Help with custom themes.

Not the ones that you throw into the theme folder, I mean the REAL custom themes, the ones that change everything, like the menu position.
I recently found a KH theme that I would like to install, but I'm not too sure as to how I go about doing that.
There are two zip files.
One is a .ctf file, which I have no clue what to do with.
The other zip has the VSH folders. Obviously, the resource folder is as easy as copying and pasting it into the resource folder on flash 0. But the other folder, MODULE, I can't do anything with. I know that the MODULE folder on the psp is hidden or something, but I can never find it.

Basically, I need help. Does anyone know what to do?
