Hey guys, I need help really bad, seriously this problem is actually driving me crazy. Basically I have got a sort of live audio/news broadcast pumping through my speakers. The problem being, I cant identify where this sound is coming from/what program is the source of the problem? Its the most annoying thing in the world. So like I said I might be typing away in peace & quiet but then news will start being broadcast through my speakers. I dont think its anything to do with the net coz even when I shut the net down its still on. Also I have seen what progrmas are running on task manager when this sound comes on but task manager is not showing anything of this sort.

Im sure im not the only one who as had this problem so if anyone could share some tips so I can remove this nightmare then I will be mucho appreciated. Thanks guys.
