"Sony DVD RW" drive will not read discs.

So I was recently trying to format a CD on my drive, when explorer crashed for some reason while the format was still running. Ever since that happened, the drive has stopped showing any discs you put in it. The drive shows up in the bios, it shows up in the explorer, it opens and closes fine, the device manager says it is working properly, and the drivers are up to date. Help?

The Device Manager calls it "Sony DVD RW DRU-510A ATA Device"
