ok ok i know there is like 50 million posts on here that are similar to this but they are all slightly different.

ok first of all i cant get iso's or cso's to work. i have tried everything that i have read on the forums, putting them in certain parts of the ROOT (GAME, ISO.. ect..), changing the settings so it wont run from the UMD. umm.. gosh ive been at this for hours so my mind is lost.

please help me! this seems to be one of the best forums i have been through i just cant seem to find the right information.

oh and the games i have i got off a friends MMC who is running the same CFW and it runs on his fine.

First remove any games or saves that you don't want deleted.

Then you should take your memory stick and then format it with the psp. It's an option in system settings I believe.

That will put all the appropriate folders on your memory stick.

.cso and .iso files go in the folder called "ISO"

You should be able to see them from the games section then.

From your vsh menu you should choose the sony no umd option.

Playstation one eboots go in the "GAME" folder

Any other homebrew apps should have a readme file that tells which folder it should go in.

thanks. if i format my MS on the psp will i have to remake it a magic memory stick??

Yeah you would.
I would leave the magic memory stick alone and use a different one for your games. I have a small test game that I leave on my memory stick like ff1 or Naruto just to show people what it does after installing cfw but all my games are on different sticks.
