i have the box i reset everything re scaned and i now have no chanels help plese football fan

Try This :

Menu > 1570
Turn "key emu" on
Go to set default key > press ok
Exit to s*y sports & let it update.

thanks 4 your help not to sure what box. when i press menu what you said didnt happen, do i go to installation or chanel edit.
