Patch AR codes into GBA rom?

I'm sure I had a program before that would take an action replay/gameshark code and patch it INTO the rom (which made it useful for cyclods users who don't have AR functionaility).

My google skills have seen better days I guess, and I can't find this program to save my life.

Could anyone throw me a link?
