tmp.vbs trojan, not quite clean

I've had a similar virus problem to the recent posters - desktop and background screensaver changed to some fake malware notice, viruses detected in the local settings/Temp folder, etc. After attempts to clean with spybot SD and Avast, I began following along here and did a round with superantispyware and HJT, then MBAM and HJT. Also installed BOClean and used ATFcleaner, got the MVPS hosts file. All seemed pretty clear, but avast! now complains about a bad driver in windows/system32/drivers and says I need a scan on reboot. Anyway, MBAM and HJT logs follow I'm guessing ComboFIx is next for me but looking for advice. thx
