Popsloader 3.90 M33-3 freezing when I load up FF7

So I have been reading different forums and trouble shooting the problems myself. i got all the way up to loading the popsloader to 3.71 then it freezes on that screen ive tried erasing it and re-downloading it. ive tried taking out the count.bin and trying it. but to no avail. has anyone else had this issue if so did you fix it and how. Please help me im almost completley bald from this problem

Do you actually have the necessary popsloader PRX files? It might sound silly, but once after formatting my memory stick I forgot to put them back over.
