MOTOROLA ROKR E8

So i have a rokr e8 that i bought from a friend of mine that used to work at a cell phone store. Now, the thing with the phone is that it will not get out of the demo mode .. it was originally a DISPLAY PHONE

meaning, when the phone is down for a minute.. it starts to show slides and everything on its own. I tried doing a main reset.. nothing works

does anyone have any suggestions to get it to work normally?
