Will Nero 8 Nero Vision permit me to take one mpeg2 movie from one dvd and put it with another mpeg2 movie from another dvd and burn the two movies to one dvd?

Of course. You could also add an AVI, a VOB (PAL and/or NTSC) and more into one project.
