Making an external HD from a spare

OK, so my old laptop screen broke, so I started salvaging parts for it. I took out the 40 gig Fujitsu HD. I need to know how I am to make this into an external. Below are pictures of it.
EDIT: I forgot to say I want it to be an external USB.
