With a GPU that slow you don't need to worry about having more than 512MB of memory, so the GDDR3 one will be faster, get that. You can get by with a DECENT 350W supply with these cards, but if you've got a throwaway brand like EZCool, Raidmax etc. then you need a new PSU.

GDDR3 is better than DDR2.

as for the ram, it depends if your motherboard can handle more than 2gigs. but if you're going to game, you might as well ditch the HD3650, and go for a HD3850.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

Clock speed is irrelevant, the DDR2 is much slower memory, and 1GB is completely useless unless you use 2560x1600.

You guys realize that GDDR3 and DDR2 are about the same thing. GDDR3 is not related to DDR3. GDDR3 shared much of the tech with DDR2.

Nonetheless on graphics cards, DDR2 versions have been shown to significantly underperform GDDR3 cards.
