My R4's not playing my game

Hi.
I downloaded a game but my ds was saying it can't find save data i took it out and put it back as it said but it was still the same.
Someone told me to update my r4 card so i did that to 1.18 but it still the same can someone tell me what to do .

did you unzip/unrar the game file untill you get 'gamename.nds' ?
the game file must be a .nds file type.

Yes did this i can play the other games but not the new one i downloaded.
It is there in the game folder.

If you can play other games, but you can't play a particular one, that one may not yet be supported. Which game are we talking about here?

Done that the game loads up then say the save data could not be accessed.
please turn the power off and reinsert card did this but still the same.
I even redownloaded the game but still saying that.

You'll need the arm7 patch fix to get 2443 to work in the 1.18 kernel. That will be a tougher one to get running.
