Help burning a ps2 standard iso image on modded ps2

i always use alcohol 120 to burn ps2 games as all the files ive downloaded are mds files and have had no problems burning and playing them on a modded ps2 using sony dvds...now all the ps2 games im downloading are iso files and ive used ever method(program) ive read on here and still no go with these iso's....any help or sugestions s1 cld help me with or step by step plz n tyvm....pm me or email me @ sattphire72@hotmail.com

Use Imgburn as it supports almost all image formats.

To burn with ImgBurn

1 Just go to Mode > Write
2 Then click the Folder icon and find/choose your ISO file
3 Set the write speed
4 Click the burn button

tried tht it wont play on my modded ps2...i used cheap dvds today went n got sony still cant get it to load on my ps2

should the file be a udf or iso9660,udf

should it be mode1/2048 as i know when i used to burn them with alcohol mds files they where mode 2...im totally lost with these iso files...i have burnt iso's b4 but some reason all the ps2 iso's wont work...ive gone thru like 50 dvds grrrrr

What speed did you burn at?

AFAIK it can do both. And it really doesnt matter unless you are rebuilding the iso.

have no clue just did what u said and it worked...musta did something wrong b4 with imgburn but since u explained it ive burnt 2 so far...hubby is jumping for joy now lol...thanx a million hun !!!
