Hello everyone and I apologize if what I'm about tosay doesn't belong here.

Every time I attempt to download something, I receive an error that states "the connection with the server has reset" I can't download anything from any site. I have no clue what that means and have no clue on how to fix this. Since I'm no computer expert, I hope someone can explain step-by-step on how to fix this major problem.

I use Vista by the way. I tried switching browsers(I have Internet Explorer 7), but Firefox give me the same problems, so I don't think it has anything to do with browsers.

Any Suggestions? Thanks.
