burn process failed!

when i nero vision 5 end the encoding and starting to is given this error
burn process failed!
an error was created log that have very helpful diagones do you want to save the log
but one senior give me reply last time
if you usig vista so go owner/appdata/roaming/nero/nero history
there must be a text file
i do that first time i do this is going perfet but second time i do same but is not working i can't understand plzzz any body can help me about this that will be very appreciated thanx
