Use DVD Decypher - Missing sound?

Hi
new to dvd ripping and need to back-up my collection on an external HDD. I used DVD Decypher for the first time to rip a couplr of dvds and the results were a bit hit and miss.

I was ripping a Family Guy DVD which had a number of episodes on it. The first episode was great, picture sound the lot, the next was missing its audio.

Are there any settings I must set to get this to work, also I only copied the main chapter files not the small files.

I also want then use these ripped dvds with my PS3 (The external drive is used by the PS3)

Any help would be great,

Take a look at each episode using DVD Shrink and see if any audio is listed.
