Ok....I've been using Nero 8 for a few days...Loving and Hating it!....I managed to put together a really sweet looking DVD...converted my movie from AVI to MPEG...1H:47Min movie...took 8 hours...but looks real good. I put an awesome DVD menu together...with chapter menus and custom backgrounds and music....then I thought it would be cool to put a trailer for watchmen on the disc too...so I downloaded the trailer..converted it to MPEG...problem is..I cant figure out how to add it to my project as a separate movie???...If i import it into the project and drag it on to the timeline it just "connects to my movie(Title 1)...so Its all just 1 long movie...instead of having my movie, and then the trailer as a separate video, that I can link a "trailer" button on the main DVD menu to?....Am i making sense here?....read the manual..absolutely useless half written manual...no help at all....I know its possible to put more than 1 video on a DVD and make them separate...just cant figure it out?.....any hints?...thanks

I hardly use Nero like you do but I think that once you did a DVD.... import your DVD to Nero Vision..... keeping menu.... then add your next video and it should add a menu button for that video to the DVD menu!

IHoe?...do you mean..burn a disc with what I already have?..then import the DVD into Nero?..open it as a new project and then add the movie trailer?...theres got to be an easier way than that?...or do you mean something else?

here is a guide:

but this shows how to import your movie files..... I think you can import your DVD then add a movie file to it! should allow to add a menu button for that movie file. I'm not sure but it's worth a try! good luck! As I said I haven't done this but I think you can use Nero this way.

Thanks Ihoe...I managed to figure it out about 20 mins ago...it was right I front of my eyes..I new it was a simple solution...when I opened up my saved movie project, it opens up in the "content" screen...then I noticed that "add video files" button...clicked it..added the trailer and presto!..went to the DVD menu screen..created a " trailer" button and linked to to the newly imported video that showed up in the list...and it works perfect!...the guide you posted works too!...Why wasn't that spelled out in the manual clearly?...Wats up with that manual?....version 8 and still just a half a$$ed manual?..I've learned more experimenting on my own and from these forums than I have from the manual or help files!..thats messed up...
