How do I use this Iso downloads from this site to play them on my PSP?

It is in iso!? Try to convert it in img with this program

And click on this link for this program ;)

Now to convert it to psp gameboot image, do you know for popstation gui???
Try this guide on how to conert psx img to psp gameboot with popstation gui.

Thanks...I got it going...but when I try to play the game...it doesn't play. It only lets me pick the fighter and when I get to the stage...thats all I see. the stage and nothing else happens..

Take a look at that and install that on your PSP.
When your're in the Popsloader menu, upon the bootup of the game select 3.71 pops for this particular game.

It only works on 3.71
