I have a slim ps2, and i saw that you can cogswap with a usb drive and gameshark. but the question is what im looking for is can i use any hard drive? i have a 500gig My book and i have some of my ps2 and ps1 games on there along with pgen and nes station. will that work somehow?

Well its USB alright and has ac adaptor so I don't see why it won't work.

You will just have to check and see if your gameshark will recognize it or not.
