i burned some instructional dvd's taht i wont' be able to get ahold of again.

i went to play one of the dvds and there was no audio. i put the dvd into my pc and opened it up. I can play the vob files ith vlc media player and they have audio?

is there a way to fix this?

What type of audio is on the VOB's?
If it's LPCM, make sure that your standalone has the audio setup for this.

Open it in DVD Shrink.

Is your standalone player set to play this audio? You have to go into your player's settings and look at the audio settings.
