Netgear FA310TX PCI network Card and Vista

Hi,

Im having some trouble with this network card, specifically a Netgear FA310TX PCI 10/100 network card.

I am running windows vista ultimate 32bit, and windows itself is saying netgear wont be releaseing any compatible drivers in the future,

I have tried using the latest windows xp driveres though ver 4.02 i think, and when installing these drivers windows says there is something missing from them.

After a lot of googleing i havnt found any answers but have heard talk of taking some drivers from win server 2k3 once they have been installed. also a newer version for RIS in server 2003, but i havn't seen these drivers up for downlload anywhere.

Any help getting it working will be much appreciated, and sorry if a post like this with answers or any related circumstances exists on these forums.
