missing id3 details in windows folders

i have been editing my mp3 files with mp3tag v2.41 (which i highly recommend). the problem is that with a handful of the files, there is no artist, album, duration, etc. info within the windows folder when i open it. the tags are there, they show up fine in the mp3tag program, just not in the windows folder. most of the files are fine, just a few are missing this info. any ideas? tahnks in advance!

i fixed some of them. it turns out, id3 v1 tags will not show up. rewrote the tags and some of them are fixed. others still not showing up.
