My phone is 2 years old. I find it hard to hear in both incoming and outgoing calls. The speaker phone volume is good, but the regular sound is very feeble.
at & t has no answer to the problem other than to confirm that the volume is pretty feeble in max setting.
Does this mean the phone is dying or what?
Can anyone help?
