can someone please tell me how to unlock the phone not the subsidy unlock not the sim lock someone has put a lock on the fone and it keeps asking for an unlock code to unlock the fone it wont do anything till it is unlocked 0000 does not wor either or 1111 does not work

Call your service provider. They can reset the phone PW if you have been locked out. Most of the time you can do this from their website.

i did that they said they dont have an over ride code for it i just want to be able to us this fone seems like there would be some code that would unlock it the fone with out knowing the code that was put into it
