hi for a month now if i download a torrent at 12am midnight i get u,torrent running fine till the next moening till about 11.30 am and the we arrows turn red and i get this at the tracker offline time out i belived its my isp as my speed drops to a half a meg and i usely get 2 and a half meg now this is going on for a month now i had acouple of men that new a lot about computers and they said every thing is fine but the strange thing is yesterday and today my speed went up to 3meg and i was still timed out and offline and arrows still red

Your ISP has most likely started throttling at peak usage times. May but doubt it will help but you can try Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 and a port over 10,000 that isn't the default if you haven't.
