Well,dhgate is a good place to make a bulk order,forget about amazon and cs for the price problem....dx is famous for lame shipping speed.

If you want it to be hassle free then I highly recommend techzo uk.
Ordered it got it next day.
Works straight away. They also give a free DVD with the latest roms which was a bonus.
The support is excellent. No problems.

for anyone in the uk i can recommend this website ive bought from several times for genuine r4ds - http://www.addictsupplies.com/index.php
no clones , copies or fakes for sale only genuine r4ds !
but to be honest there are better flashcarts than the r4ds available , i can well recommend the cyclods , edge ds , m3ds real , dstt , itouch ds , acekard and much more .............

These are fakes, prices are a rip off.
I can get a R4+2GB for £24.99 and you get a free dvd with nds roms from techzo.
