Ok I installed CFW on my friends psp and put some csos on there for him and he asked my do get a ps1 game called "legond of dragoon" but it turns out it is a 4 disk game, I know how to rip and convert 1 disk ps1 games but multi disk ones have my beat. I have tried PyPops but when I try to run it it pops up with a little but of text then instantly crashes, I have tried to get a screenshot of it to read it but cannot get the correct milisecond. Regular popstation works but pypops dosenot. How do I merge this game or whatever it takes to make it work?

Try using PSX2PSP instead.

I have psx2psp but it is just another converter for one disk games. I have the working eboots and isos for all 4 disks but the way I understand it when it asks for disk 2 you have to exit the game and run the second eboot and lose all your game progress, is there a way around this?

Try my guide for PyPops ---> CLICKY.

Follow the instructions and you should be ok.

I am guessing your problems with it are caused by not having the Python interpretor installed...see the guide for more details.

As I said in my first post I tried PyPops already and when I run either of the exes (popstation or popstation_md) they just close instantly. Nothing on the python site says interpreter so im downloading everything that says for windows on the page u linked. Will edit after I try. :)
