go to my computer/control panel/system/advance/startup and recovery/settings/system startup/
Here you can put the number 0 in the line that says time to display operating systems

or you can press edit and go into the boot.ini file and remove the line that has the entry for xp home.
(make a copy and paste of the boot.ini and save it on notepad, just incase you delete the wrong entry and have to redo it.)

[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows="microsoft windows xp professional"
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\windows="micorsoft windows home"
/noexecute=optin /fastdetect
