Hi Folks.
I seem to have a bit of a problem with a set of headphones that I bought the other day, when I plug them into my LCD HDTV the sound comes out from the TV speakers a well as the headphones.I bought the headphones so that I could enjoy some telly in the wee hours and not annoy my neighbours.Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you solve the problem.Oh my HDTV is an Acoustic Solutions TV but I ont know what model :(

Your Hopefully BILL :)

There should be an option to turn the speakers off within the tv's menu. Check around under the sound options on the tv.

Nothing under the audio menu? What is the model of you tv? You must have some low end tv or something, because MOST tv's come with this option. You know, if you ever wanted to add a surround sound system, you would be screwed because you would want to turn OFF those speakers on your tv and use only the front and back speakers.
