3GP Newbie Needs Help

I have a 3GP video that I took with my VX8300 phone.

I was able to send it to my PC, but noticed the video was way too dark.

I'm trying to find either a free 3gp converter or free 3gp editing software, to hopefully clear up the video picture a little.

Any suggestions?
