PFN_LIST_CORRUPT Error?

hello,

I just installed an M-Audio Preusb amp and ever since i installed it my pc randomly gets BSoD. the message "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT" appears at the top. I've already ran a memory test with no errors and I'm sure its not a overheating issue. When i got the amp i installed the drivers twice on accident and when i uninstalled them the other set stayed. I don't know where they are on the PC either. Any Ideas on a way to delete the drivers? or maybe any ideas on what it could be?
