I was just wondering do you really need the motorola phone tools software to upload photos and music and stuff into the phone from the computer?

Can i just upload it straight without the program is there a way?

I got the usb data cable with the phone but no software so im guessing maybe i dont need it, if there is a way can someone please tell me thanks.
