everytime i connect my psp to my vista laptop via usb, it shows no file in that folder. know y?

Either you there is noting on the memory stick (or a memorry stick is not connected)

or ...

You didn't install the PSP driver right

normally once you connected the psp via usb to a winxp or vista. It should automatically install it. Unless, you clicked cancel, or some kind of sort. Try reformating the card via PSP
