i currently quite happily rip blu rays via ps3 rip the aacs with any dvd and stick the mt2s file into my plex movies folder and watch them.

all fine takes no time and works perfectly.

however the one thing i cant find is some way to get the forced subs from the blu ray.

when i rip dvd's for the same purpose i use handbrake and it has the option to autoscan for forced subs and you get the subs that are in english when characters speak in another language, which is perfect.

but i cant find an app to do something similar with a blu ray image?

i can use virtually any kind of text sub files with plex as it just searches a folder for the correct subs so all i need is some way of finding just the forced subs, and a way to get them into some kind of text format.

that might be a long shot in itself, but what would really make it perfect is if there was a osx app to do it!!! i know not much chance!! but i use a virtual machine to do the other blu ray ripping so doing the subs at the same time isnt a problem really.

any help would be great, i got so bored of messing around with ffmpeg command line i went with m2ts files and buy more and more external drives(seems like a monthly occurance) and it made life alot easier, im just stuck with the sub problem.
