I'm trying to follow some steps for a tutorial but I cannot understand what they're asking me to do:

1) Install Simple DNS Plus and setup an A record so that "download-prod.online.scea.com" points to the IP address of your computer (ie. 192.168.1.4).

I installed Simple DNS Plus but have no idea what to do from there.

If you can please help that'd be awesome thanks!
